Our Coaching division focuses on helping clients manage executive dysfunction, build sustainable habits, and achieve personal or professional goals. We look for empathetic listeners who understand neurodiversity and can break down complex lives into manageable steps. You will guide clients in developing structural skills to navigate daily life with confidence.

  • Build Routines: Create visual daily schedules for tasks and breaks.
  • Teach Time Management: Introduce simple systems to track deadlines.
  • Organize Spaces: Declutter physical rooms and digital files with clients.
  • Provide Accountability: Offer gentle, non-judgmental reminders for major goals.
  • Strategy Design: Build personalized coaching roadmaps based on client intake data.
  • Family Navigation: Educate parents, spouses, or employers on supporting the client.
  • Crisis Management: Help clients reset when overwhelmed or facing burnout.
  • Workflow Optimization: Streamline inbox management, task prioritization, and project tracking.
  • Meeting Preparation: Help clients organize thoughts for presentations and reviews.
  • Boundary Setting: Teach strategies to manage burnout, masking, and workplace stress.
  • Job Accommodations: Guide clients on how to request helpful workplace adjustments.

Role Requirements

  • Certification 
  • 2-3 years Experience as a Cerified Coach

Personal Senior Caregiver (CNA/PCT)

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) provide essential, high-quality hands-on care. You will work directly with seniors and clients with executive dysfunction to support physical health, daily mobility, and medical compliance. You will provide vital daily assistance to help seniors live independently and safely at home or group living environment.

  • Assist Daily Living: Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide Companionship: Build strong bonds through conversation and activities.
  • Support the Home: Prepare nutritious meals and manage light housework.
  • Ensure Safety: Monitor mobility to prevent falls and manage hazards.
  • Health Reporting: Notice and report immediate changes in a client's physical or mental state.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents immediately.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take correct dosages on strict schedules.

Role Requirements

  • Valid Certification: Current, state-approved CNA or PCT license in good standing.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, turn, and support clients safely using proper mechanics.
  • Empathy & Patience: A calm, reassuring presence when handling complex health behaviors.
  • Clear Documentation: Accurate, timely logging of care notes and daily vitals.

Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistants keep our office organized and support our field team. You will handle daily logistics, coordinate client schedules, and keep communication flowing smoothly between clients, coaches, and caregivers. 

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage Calendars: Schedule ADHD coaching sessions and senior care shifts.
  • Coordinate Coverage: Fill open care shifts quickly when staff call out.
  • Track Appointments: Remind clients and staff of upcoming visits.

Client & Team Communication

  • Answering Phones: Greet callers warmly and route inquiries to managers.
  • Onboard Clients: Send initial paperwork and intake forms to new families.
  • Relay Messages: Pass critical updates from field staff to supervisors.

Office & Digital Support

  • File Records: Maintain secure digital client files and staff certifications.
  • Process Intake: Enter new client data accurately into our systems.
  • Manage Supplies: Order office materials and keep intake packets stocked.

Role Requirements

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, emails, and shared sheets.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to handle multiple moving schedules at once.
  • Warm Demeanor: Professional, polite, and reassuring phone presence.
